Elected in 2016 to the Brighton District Library Board of Trustees, and re-elected in 2020. Served as Board Secretary, Treasurer, and currently as Vice President.
Appointed in 2012 by the CMU Board of Trustees to serve on the FlexTech High School (Brighton) Board of Directors. Served as Board President from 2015-2018.
Currently serve on the Brighton City Zoning Board of Appeals, having been appointed to the position in 2018.
In 2011, was one of five members on the Livingston County Reapportionment Committee which redrew the county commission district boundaries.
Was a mentor in the local Big Brothers Big Sisters program from 2008-2014, and still remain good friends with my "little".
Served from 2008-2012 as the Builder's Representative on the Hartland Estates Homeowner's Association Board.
